If you contact us by WhatsApp, or if we contact you about a service-related matter, your messages may be processed through WhatsApp Business Platform and related service providers. We use WhatsApp for service communication, enquiries, reminders and operational follow-up.

我們不會透過 WhatsApp 提供緊急醫療建議。如你有緊急或嚴重醫療情況，請立即尋求醫療協助。
